White Coal Project: High-Quality Carbon-Neutral Fuel for Green India

White coal machine turns agro and forest waste into a solid combustible fuel known as White coal (organic briquettes or biomass briquettes) under immense mechanical pressure. These agro briquettes can act as an excellent replacement of conventional fuels like furnace oil, firewood, coal, etc. The best part is that the production process needs no external chemical or binder to bind the raw material.
These eco-friendly solid blocks are pollution-free because they do not emit any harmful sulphuric or phosphoric gas during burning. In fact, due to their compact and uniform shape and size, they are easy to store, transport, and use. Just note that fly ash generated by coal is harmful, but ash produced by white coal is non-toxic. Also, combustion is much more uniform, unlike black coal. White coal is also beneficial for use in both commercial and domestic sectors. Also, the negative aspects of traditional biomass usage in developing countries can be curbed out by the conversion of biomass to efficient energy by setting up white coal project.

Investment Incentives Offered by Government

The Government of India as well as the Ministry of Non-Conventional Energy is now offering tons of incentives to people engaged in developing alternative clean and green energy. Even banks and other financial companies are providing loan to make maximum applicants for a subsidy for biomass plant project in India. Government incentives include:
a) 100% Depreciation: Govt. provides depreciation on the total plant value and machines in the first year of production.
b) Zero License Charge: Entire biomass industry has been exempted for obtaining a license.

Affordable Fuel for Low-Income Families

'Biomass' is a versatile energy source that can be used for the production of power and heat besides mitigating climate change and other environmental issues. Rural regions across the world are full of biomass that are either burnt or left to fill landfills. But now they can convert the agricultural residues into valuable heat, biofuels, or electricity. White coal project is an excellent way to dispose of agricultural waste. The development of efficient biomass briquettes in small, medium, and large scale biomass briquettes can play a major role in strengthening the rural economy.
The farmers who would otherwise suffer a high cost for disposing of agricultural residues can now generate substantial revenue by selling them. Also, many regions in India do not have access to electricity. People living in these regions are facing huge challenges in their everyday lives. The use of white coal energy can lower ‘fuel poverty’ mainly among remote and isolated communities. Obviously, when they can access low-cost and reliable energy, it will result in youth empowerment and economic development in no time.

White Coal Promotes Cleaner and Safer Environment

The clean energy production not just foster sustainable development in rural areas, but the increased use of white coal also guard mother earth, creates tons of job opportunities, significant health improvements. Therefore, it is clear that agricultural and forest waste in the form of solid white coal is an excellent alternative energy source that has a multitude of uses and white coal project has the potential to make a better future.
