Sawdust making machine

sawdust machine is widely used for chipping Wood logs into Wood Chips and powder as well. This chipper machine can chip soft and medium hardwoods, green or seasoned, etc. of any nature. The feed size of the wood log is between 2 to 18-inch diameters. The product size is customized as per the requirement of the clients. The wood chips are used in Textile, Paper, Pulp, Plywood, Sugar, Distilleries, Refineries, and other industries in the stock preparation section for various applications as a raw material or as a fuel for the production process.

 

Processing:-  Wood logs are fed into the sawdust making machine with the help of an infeed belt conveyor through which the material gets into the contact with rotating sawdust machine blades. This process helps in converting the wood logs into the sawdust in one go.

 

Raw Material Type:-  Any type of hard or softwood logs having a diameter up-to: 12 inches can be converted directly into the sawdust of size up to 8mm. It is designed to take all types of wood log material i.e. hard, soft, dry, wet, etc.

Hammer mill Grinder

 

Processing:- Hammer mill working process is to dried agricultural and forest waste in chipped form is fed and conveyed into the hammer mill Grinder with the help of an in-feed screw conveyor. The material is always clashed by size which is pneumatically conveyed into a cyclone with the help of fans. The ground material in the granulated form is discharged by the airlocks at the discharged end of the machine.

 

Raw Material type:- Chipped agricultural and forest waste material can be used and processed through the hammer mill. There is some commonly processed raw material in a machine are any type of wood chips or leftover wood waste, wood shavings, etc, some of the agro-waste mainly found are almond shells waste, corn cobs wet or dry, coir pith ( coconut waste ), agro-waste straw, soybean stalks, hazelnut shells, rice husk waste, black gram husk, groundnut shells, walnut shells, bamboo shavings and other chipped biomass wastes.

 Rotary Dr:- Rotary Dr is known as a rotary drum dryer, it is generally used to dry the moisture of any raw material.

 

Major use:- It is used for drying the moisture content for any kind of raw material which is having the moisture up-to 50%. The dried material can be used as biomass for heat generation, making biomass pellets & biomass briquettes, or for other purposes. 

The raw material used:- It processes the ability to process material having considerable variation in size and composition because this dryer is less sensitive to particle size as compared to the other dryers, thus it can be used for a wide variety of raw materials. Any agricultural or forest waste ( in the chipped or shredded form) such as sawdust, press mud, bagasse, paddy straw, sugarcane straw, coir pith, etc can be dried using this rotary dr
