  • Moisture content - Briquettes with higher moisture content are not ideal fuel for burning. These are dried up using machines like a rotary drum dryer and moisture content is reduced up to 5-7%. Only briquettes with moisture content in this range are considered ideal for burning.
  • The end product - the finely crushed raw material is converted passed to the briquetting chamber. In the briquetting chamber, the raw material is heated and compressed. These compressed particles are then converted into different shapes and sizes depending on the machine size and requirement.
  • The end pieces of briquettes are packed and ready for transportation.

General Issues Faced In Operating Briquette Machine

 

The briquette machine is also known as a briquetting machine used to squeeze the hard material. It has the benefits of high molding pressure, flexible rotational cycle, and a screw conveyor. It can be divided into several types of briquette machines according to the materials, such as charcoal briquette machine, coal briquette machine, powder briquette-machine,gypsum briquette-machine,rotary dryer,etc.It can also be classified into different briquette machine types according to their functions, such as ordinary briquette machine, hydraulic briquette machine, strong hydraulic briquette machine, etc. The briquette machine is essential for the whole briquette production line. Machine is Noisy 

 

Under this condition, the water content temperature in the raw material is out of the normal range. The dryer's corresponding solution is drying material to ensure that the materials are kept at the proper temperature and humidity. 

 

Another reason is that there are damages with the briquette machine parts, such as the screw conveyor is worn seriously. When it happens, the parts of the briquette machine should be replaced immediately.

 



 

 Restarts Repeatedly 

 

Repeat restart of the briquette machine is generally caused by the low power supply, which cannot drive the briquette to work finely.To solve this problem, it better suits the remedy to the case. 

 

First, the power supply voltage of the briquette machine is detected by meter. It’d better detect under the condition that the briquette machine is loaded so that there is any power supply issue. 

 

Oil pressure is insufficient.  

There is inadequate oil pressure during the working method of the briquette machine.The reason causing such a problem may be the blockage of the oil suction or the joint gasket deformation. 

 

If the oil suction is blocked, it should be cleaned and washed immediately to ensure the cleanness of the briquette machine equipment; if the joint deformed should be replaced the deformed gasket with a new one the briquette machine can work normally and efficiently. 

 

Water-resistance

 

During the installation process of the briquette machine. Several users adopt the suspension in the installation method, but there is still a gap between the briquette machine and the bracket hinge machine. It is raining or snowing, and the water may penetrate the briquette machine to cause damage. So that waterproofing measures should be adopted during the installation process.
